Recent Projects
You’ll find Danboise Mechanical innovation in commercial building and industrial facilities all across the greater Detroit metro area. Take a closer look at some of our recent projects.Generator Installation
This was the largest project AT&T headquarters in Detroit had undertaken in many years. This was a massive project that included mechanical demolition and removal of three existing generators, ductwork, turbine, exhaust fans, wiring, conduit and more.AT&T selected Danboise Mechanical to bid based on our reputation, the qualifications of our personnel and our vast experience in installing generators. Danboise was responsible for complete project management, paperwork, safety planning and coordination of all technicians from different industry trades required to complete the project.
This project required the Danboise team to work in an occupied building and to coordinate all of the demolition, piping, welding, sheeting, rigging and installation required to do the job and at the same time keep the occupants of the building from being inconvenienced in any way.
NWOC Data Center
This project was a complete demolition of chilled water piping under a raised floor in the NWOC Date Center.AT&T selected Danboise Mechanical for this project for two main reasons: 1). Danboise installed the original under floor piping, 2). We were very familiar with the project and understood possible problems if there was an incident. The team at Danboise had all the expertise to do the project and knew the serious impact on their operations if a mistake were to happen.
Bank of America Data Center
This project involved renovation of 50% of the 1st and 5th floors for new Merrill Lynch offices. Danboise had to demo existing ductwork, relocate and install additional VAV boxes, install new ductwork, grills and re-pipe hot water coils. This project had a short 90 days to complete and communication was key. Based on past experience the Danboise team organized a round table discussion with all key players to clearly define and organize the scope of work. The project was highlighted with efficiency and was completed on time, enabled by constant communication with all team members and stakeholders.
