Danboise
Mechanical offers a state of the art sheet metal shop. We provide duct
and fitting fabrication from ½” to 10” pressure class,
specialty duct metals fabrication – including stainless steel, aluminum,
and PVC coated – and custom fabrication with full welding capabilities.
The shop covers 5,000 square feet and is operated by a staff of well-trained,
highly motivated professionals. Our sheet metal technicians are members
of the Sheet Metal Worker’s Union Local 80.
When
you call us for duct cleaning, we bring out our truck-mounted unit with
a reverse flow vacuum and a HEPA air filter, the same filters they use
in sterile hospital environments. This unit cleans the plenum, the main
supplies and returns – the air handling side of your furnace. In
addition, we use a high-powered air snake with brushes that go back and
forth, scrubbing the ducts. This cleans the branch lines and trunk lines
of all your building ductwork. We also have a camera on board to ensure
your complete satisfaction.
